Our Editorial Standards

Accuracy first: we check facts with official sources, the police, the administration or the people involved before publishing. If something cannot be confirmed, we say so clearly.
Clear sources: we tell readers where the information comes from – for example a government press note, a police statement or our own reporter on the spot.
Fairness: in political and disputed matters we try to include the views of all sides, and we do not take sides with any political party.
Bylines and dates: every article shows who wrote it (a reporter, or “Rozana Himachal Desk” for desk reports) and when it was published.
News and ads are separate: advertisements and sponsored content are marked as such and are never presented as news.
Privacy and dignity: we do not reveal the identity of victims of sexual offences or of children in conflict with the law, as required by Indian law.

Corrections Policy

We work hard to get every detail right, but mistakes can happen. If you find an error in any of our articles, please write to us at support@rozanahimachal.com with the link to the article and the correct information. We check every report and correct the article as soon as possible.

Complaints about our content can also be sent to our grievance officer under the IT Rules, 2021, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.
